Dietary change is not built on perfection but on consistency. A single meal, a hard day or a temporary setback does not cancel the effort. What matters is returning to the habits that support you, without guilt and without all-or-nothing thinking.
Throughout our work together we practise nutrition education and mindful eating: you learn to recognise your hunger and fullness signals more clearly, to notice how emotion, environment and daily life shape your choices, and to decide with greater awareness.
Alongside that, we explain in simple, practical terms the basic principles of brain biochemistry, the neurobiology of appetite and the hormonal mechanisms involved in regulating hunger, fullness and energy balance. We also look at how sleep, stress, emotion, physical activity, energy availability and meal structure can influence eating behaviour. The aim is not to "control" or "fix" every hormone through food, but to help you understand your body's mechanisms better and make more informed choices.
The nutrition plan works as a practical tool for education and organisation, not as a rigid set of rules. The long-term goal is autonomy: managing your nutrition with flexibility, confidence and consistency, even when daily life is far from ideal.
